Your photos are encrypted during upload, used only to generate your headshots, and permanently deleted within 24 hours after generation is complete. We never use your photos to train AI models. We never share your data with third parties.
You can choose between Natural (minimal retouching, keeps your original features), Balanced (subtle refinement under flattering lighting), and Polished (magazine-quality soft glamour). You also get variety across different outfits, backgrounds, and poses.
If our AI fails to generate your headshots due to a technical issue on our end, you're automatically refunded — a full refund if the whole order fails, or a pro-rata refund if only some images fail. If you're unhappy with the look of successfully generated headshots, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you to find a solution, which may include a courtesy refund on a case-by-case basis.
